华师雷恩数智商学院是华南师范大学与法国雷恩高等商学院中外合作办学非独立法人机构，于2025年12月正式获得教育部批准（许可证编号：MOE44FRA02DNR20252587N），是华南师范大学第二个非独立法人中外合作办学机构。

2026年5月9日，学院变更增设本科教育项目正式获得教育部批复，办学层次和类别包括本科学历教育、硕士研究生教育和外国硕士学位教育。其中，本科学历教育：大数据管理与应用（中外合作办学）专业、数字经济（中外合作办学）专业；硕士研究生教育：数字经济专业、电子信息（大数据与工程领域）专业；外国硕士学位教育：金融数据智能专业、商业数据分析专业。

学院整合经济学、信息科学、管理学跨学科资源，构建本科—硕士贯通的国际化高水平人才培养体系，致力于培养具备国际化视野、掌握数智化技能、能适应数字经济发展需求的高层次复合型人才。本科生全程在华南师范大学学习，完成双方共同制定的培养方案规定的课程，取得相应学分，考试成绩合格并达到人才培养方案规定的学术标准，可获得华南师范大学颁发的毕业证书、学位证书以及雷恩高等商学院颁发的学位证书。

RSB Digital Business Institute, South China Normal University is a non-independent legal entity Sino-foreign cooperative education institution jointly established by South China Normal University (SCNU) and Rennes School of Business. It obtained official approval from the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in December 2025 (License No.: MOE44FRA02DNR20252587N), marking the second non-independent legal entity Sino-foreign cooperative education institution under South China Normal University.

On May 9, 2026, the institute received official approval from the Ministry of Education for its newly added undergraduate programs. Its authorized educational levels and categories cover undergraduate degree education, postgraduate master’s degree education, and foreign master’s degree education, detailed as follows:

1. Undergraduate Degree Education: Big Data Management and Application (Sino-French Cooperative Program), Digital Economy (Sino-French Cooperative Program)

2. Postgraduate Master’s Degree Education: Digital Economy, Electronic Information (Big Data and Engineering Track)

3. Foreign Master’s Degree Education: Financial Data Intelligence, Business Data Analytics

Integrating interdisciplinary resources spanning economics, information science and management, the institute has built an internationally-oriented high-standard talent training system with integrated undergraduate and postgraduate pathways. It is committed to cultivating high-level interdisciplinary talents with global vision, proficient digital and intelligent capabilities, and competitiveness to meet the development demands of the digital economy.

All undergraduate students complete their studies entirely on the campus of South China Normal University. Upon finishing all courses specified in the jointly formulated training programs of both parties, acquiring required credits, passing all assessments and meeting the academic criteria stipulated in the talent training schemes, graduates will be awarded a graduation certificate and a bachelor’s degree certificate issued by South China Normal University, as well as a degree certificate conferred by Rennes School of Business.
