为积极响应《教育强国建设规划纲要》《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》等文件号召，贯彻落实《关于加快新时代研究生教育改革发展的意见》中“推进学科交叉融合”部署，华南师范大学与法国雷恩高等商学院通过双方优势资源整合，强强联手，合作共建非独立法人中外合作办学机构——华南师范大学雷恩数智商学院（以下简称“雷恩学院”），英文名称RSB Digital Business Institute, South China Normal University。2025年12月正式获得教育部批复设立，办学许可证编号MOE44FRA02DNR20252587N。

学校设立雷恩学院，是支撑国家数字经济发展战略、满足粤港澳大湾区紧缺的应用型复合型人才需求的重要举措，对佛山市地方智能制造与智能金融发展以及佛山校区国际教育示范区建设有着重要的推动作用。雷恩学院整合经济学、信息科学、管理学跨学科资源，构建“数字经济+金融数据智能”、 “电子信息+商务数据分析”人才培养体系，致力于培养的是具备国际化视野、掌握数智化技能、能适应数字经济发展需求的高层次复合型人才。

培养模式

雷恩学院开设数字经济、电子信息（大数据技术与工程领域）两个中法双硕士学位专业，以及金融数据智能、商务数据分析两个法方单硕士学位专业。双硕士学位专业采取双注册，“2+0”的培养模式，学生在雷恩学院学习，完成双方共同制定的培养方案规定的课程，取得相应学分，考试成绩合格并达到人才培养方案规定的学术标准，可获得华南师范大学颁发的研究生毕业证书、硕士学位证书以及雷恩高等商学院颁发的硕士学位证书；单硕士学位专业采取单注册，“2+0”的培养模式，学生在雷恩学院学习，完成双方共同制定的培养方案规定的课程，取得相应学分，考试成绩合格并达到人才培养方案规定的学术标准，可获得雷恩高等商学院颁发的硕士学位证书。以上证书均与华南师范大学在中国本土、雷恩高等商学院在法国本土颁发的证书完全一致。

RSB Digital Business Institute, South China Normal University, is a Sino-foreign joint institute jointly established by South China Normal University and Rennes School of Business in France through the integration of their respective advantageous resources. It was officially approved by the Ministry of Education in December 2025.

The establishment of the RSB Digital Business Institute is an important measure to support the national digital economy development strategy and meet the demand for applied and versatile talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It plays a crucial role in promoting the development of local intelligent manufacturing and intelligent finance in Foshan, as well as in the development of the Foshan Campus International Education Demonstration Zone. RSB Digital Business Institute integrates interdisciplinary resources from economics, information science, and management to build a talent cultivation system of "digital economy + financial data intelligence" and "electronic information + data and business analytics". It is committed to cultivating high-level composite talents with international perspectives, mastery of digital intelligence skills, and the ability to adapt to the development needs of the digital economy.

Training Models:

RSB Digital Business Institute offers 2 Sino-French dual master's degree programs in Digital Economy and Electronic Information (Big Data Technology and Engineering), as well as 2 French single master's degree programs in Financial Data Intelligence, and Data and Business Analytics. The dual master's degree program adopts a dual registration, "2+0" training model. Students who have completed the required courses, obtained corresponding credits, passed the exams, and met the academic standards specified in the curriculum, can obtain a graduate degree certificate, a master's degree certificate issued by South China Normal University, and a master's degree certificate issued by Rennes School of Business; The single master's degree program adopts a single registration, "2+0" training model.
